Q :- When start PB is pressed, red and green light comes ON.Green light goes off as soon as push button is released, but red light remains on.

solution :-

•Here I have used NO contact as a input then when it pressed it will latch the internal relay coil B3:0/0.

•It will activate the NO contact B3:0/0 and ultimately the RED light turn it ON.

•In later rung one NO contact is connected to the GREEN light so as long as the input is pressed the green light is ON.

There are total 14 instructions under the bit logic instruction like NO contact, NC contact, SR flip-flop, RS flip-flop,invert power flow etc. lets see the detailed use of them.
